One trade per district. One monthly price.
You rent your trade’s place on our cards in a postcode district. Nobody else in your trade can hold it while you do. There are two cards, sold separately.

A district is the first part of a postcode, such as SW4 or SE24. The two cards are separate products: a place on the welcome card does not include the permission card, and the permission card does not include the welcome card. Prices exclude VAT.
What the price covers
The card
Folded A5 on 350gsm stock, in an envelope, addressed to the homeowner. The front carries a watercolour-style picture of a building in the district.
Printing and posting
We print and post every card in your district. The monthly price does not change with the number of cards sent.
Your listing
Your firm’s name and number on the card, and a place on the district’s page behind the card’s QR code.
Follow-up letters
Charged separately, at £2 for each letter sent on your behalf, and itemised on your monthly bill.

Straight answers
What counts as a district?
A postcode district: the part of a postcode before the space, such as SW4, SE24 or NR1. Each place on a card is sold per district.
Which card is right for my trade?
The permission card carries one firm, the main contractor people need when their plans are approved. The welcome card carries six to eight trades that people moving into a home call on, one firm for each trade.
Can I be on both cards?
They are separate products, priced separately. Being on one does not put you on the other.
Is there a per-card charge?
No. Cards are covered by the monthly price. Follow-up letters are the only per-item charge, at £2 each.
Can I hold more than one district?
Yes. Each district is priced on its own.
How do I pay?
Monthly. Your invoice shows the subscription and any follow-up letters sent that month.
