Letter engagement data

When a recipient scans the QR code on a letter, we record the scan (date and time) so our client can see engagement with their letters. QR profiles link to the client's business contact details; no recipient profile is built by us.

  • Processing transactions — to process subscription payments.
  • Sending letters — to print and post physical letters to property addresses matched to a client's patch.

If you have received a letter about your planning application and do not wish to receive further correspondence for that project, contact us at the address above and we will suppress the address.
