How BrightNest works
We find the households
Approved and expiring planning permissions in your district, from the councils’ own records, and new home movers from HM Land Registry.
You hold your trade’s place
Each district has one permission-card holder and six to eight welcome-card trades, one firm per trade. While you subscribe, nobody else in your trade is on that card.
We post the card
A folded A5 card on 350gsm stock, in an envelope, addressed to the homeowner at the property. We print and post every one.
You track results in one place
Cards sent, QR scans and follow-up letters appear in your dashboard.

Each card goes to a different kind of household and is sold separately.

Each card carries a single QR code to its district’s page, where the household finds the firms on the card when they need one.
What the homeowner sees
The firms on the card for their district, with tap-to-call, email and website links.

Why it matters
People keep the card and scan it when something needs doing, often before they know which trade they need. The page sends them to the right firm.
